The reason for developing Telestar TS and establishing TELESTAR is as follows.

First, high quality private automatic branch exchange and CTI Solution had to be used to develop the efficiency of call center while operating CNTTECH,
and there was always a limitation in cost reduction for the high cost equipment.

Because most of the equipment are foreign-made, cost reduction through enlargement method of purchasing bulk quantity was not easy.
In this environment, we started to research on the development of our own switchboard, and the motivation started from the cost reduction of call center service.

Second, as a businessman that majored in engineering, I have operated the company with the motto, "Technology is Hope". Business of CNTTECH until based core capability on application technology. For original technology area of call center business area, PBX and CTI area are two areas that can be discussed, where the areas rely original technology on multicultural companies including AVAYA, CISCO, and Alcatel.
